This year, we will be holding our annual summer vacation "Gyoten Zazen Session."
It's three days from the first day of summer vacation.
It will start earlier than usual, at 5:30am.
The scorching heat has continued since the end of the rainy season, but why not try to find some coolness and spend a quiet morning at Entsu-ji Temple, where Ryokan trained?
We look forward to seeing many of you there.
You can also participate for just one day.
The workshop is scheduled to last about an hour, including work and radio exercises, but you can also leave earlier if you prefer.
If you are unable to attend on the day, there is no need to contact us, so please feel free to register.
It's hot out, so we recommend bringing water with you.
